Update: Issue was resolved. Good morning, I have been trying to reach you by phone and have repeatedly just gotten sent to voicemail. I would like to discuss with you the flower arrangement that was delivered yesterday to my cousin. The arrangement was very disappointing, especially in light of the fact that I ordered the same thing 2 years ago and it was beautiful. This year I increased the dollar amount because I understand that prices have increased but I expected that the arrangement would be comparable to if not nicer than the previous order. However, the arrangement she received is disappointing to say the least, especially since I placed the order several weeks ago so as to make sure that the flowers were available.
