I had a pleasant 1st time experience with Southern Tradition Florist. Ordering was easy, I preferred to call so since I don't order flowers/plants frequently. The phone conversation was pleasant with Stephanie. The recipient of the order was pleased and complimentary. She sent photos and I agreed the products were beautiful; I added an insulation tumbler with a military insignia. I don't know how they customized it on short notice, but it was exemplary
